New Owners Take Over at Garrison Asset Management

1 min read

Investment adviser Garrison Asset Management LLC of Fayetteville said this week that its investment principals had purchased the firm.

The new owners are Kerry W. Bradley, Glenn E. Atkins and James B. Bell. Term of the deal were not disclosed.

Garrison Asset Management said it manages more than $300 million in assets and has about 300 clients in 20 states. The firm works with individuals, families, institutions and charities to build investment and retirement portfolios.

Bradley, Atkins and Bell have been at the company for more than 17 years. They said the ownership transition will not disrupt client services.

“We are grateful for this opportunity and look forward to continued growth as one of the largest independent investment management firms in the region,” Bradley said in a news release.

Former owner Tom Garrison said the sale was finalized in late February.

“Glenn, James and Kerry have done a great job managing the business in addition to providing exceptional investment management for our family,” Garrison said. “They have done an outstanding job in terms of client growth and service. As clients ourselves, we’ve had the opportunity to witness this expertise first-hand.”
