Nick Copas of Baldwin & Shell Construction Co.
Nick Copas has been promoted to president of the industrial services division at Baldwin & Shell Construction Co. in Little Rock, where he has worked for 14 years.
After five years working on job sites as laborer, carpenter, ironworker and foreman, Copas became a project coordinator, then project manager and division manager.
Since 2014 he had been vice president of industrial and structural services.
