1 min read

Natali Nimmo has returned to Oaklawn as Manager of Training and Guest Services.

Nimmo, who helped lay the ground work for Oaklawn’s current training program, previously held the position from Feb. 2009 to Sept. 2012. She had most recently been Regional Management Training Coordinator for Newk’s Eatery.

“I’m very excited to be back at Oaklawn,” Nimmo  said in a news release. “Training is always evolving and I look forward to using everything I’ve learned over the last two and a half years to continue growing Oaklawn’s program. One of our core values is fun, so I want to make training fun and inspire the Team Members to use what they’ve learned.”

Nimmo has an extensive background in management and training, working with such restaurant chains as Applebee’s, Cracker Barrel and Olive Garden. She also worked for Camino Real Hotel, a four-star property in El Paso, TX, and was Food & Beverage Director for the Hot Spring Country Club.

“We’re very happy to have Natali back on the Oaklawn team,” Director of Human Resources Kelli Mussa said. “Her knowledge and experience will be valuable in moving our training and guest services programs forward.”
