The North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce said Wednesday that it is now accepting applications for the position of president and CEO.
The move comes after Terry Hartwick, the chamber’s current leader, announced he will resign at the end of the year. Hartwick, who has led the chamber for 15 years, will take over as director of the City of North Little Rock Parks & Recreation department on Jan. 1.
“The chamber greatly appreciates Terry’s service for the last 15 years,” Steve Winchester, chairman of the chamber’s board of directors, said in a news release. “Under his leadership, the chamber membership has grown to over 1,600 businesses. I’m confident that we’ll find the right person to fill his shoes.”
Applicants can get more details about the position at NLRCchamber.org/CEO. Deadline for applications is July 31.
