Apartments in North Little Rock, an office building in Alexander, residential property in Little Rock and a commercial site in Benton provide this week’s quartet of multimillion-dollar real estate transactions in central Arkansas.
♦ North Little Rock Investors LLC, an affiliate of Wilhoit Properties Inc. of Springfield, Missouri, bought the 172-unit Chapel Ridge apartment project at 5900 McCain Place for nearly $8.3 million.
Seller: North Little Rock Housing Associates Ltd., an affiliate of Aiden Torch Financial LLC of Denver.
♦ Hale’s Steel LLC, led by Robert Hale, sold its 1,600-SF office building at 15197 E. Azalea Drive in Alexander for more than $1.8 million.
Buyer: RHRBD Holdings LLC, an affiliate of R3 Services LLC of Dallas.
♦ Forest Park Partners LLC, led by Hunter East and Billy Collins Jr., purchased eight houses and a vacant lot in the Forest Heights neighborhood of Little Rock for $1.7 million.
The properties, save for one house, are in a block bounded by Cantrell Road on the north, Polk Street on the east, P Street on the south and Taylor Street on the west.
The seller is Little Rock Enterprises I LLC, led by the namesake revocable trust of Edward and Mildred Gruber.
♦ Benton SEC Hwy 5 & Alcoa Ltd., an affiliate of The Real Connection of Dallas, sold a 1.5-acre commercial site in Benton for $1.4 million.
