Cristy Sowell has joined Girl Scouts-Diamonds of Arkansas, Oklahoma & Texas, headquartered in Little Rock, as chief external relations officer. Sowell has more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, most recently as development officer for the UAMS Medical Center in Little Rock.
Maggie Adams has joined Youth Home of Little Rock as marketing director.
