The expansion of the former Arkansas Physician Management Inc. building is one of three current construction projects in the NorthShore Business Park in North Little Rock.

EngageMed, the new name for APM, added a 34,000-SF two-story building beside its existing 14,000-SF building at 5125 Northshore Drive. The new construction was designed by Williams & Dean of Little Rock, and the general contractor is CBM Construction, also of Little Rock.
Sowell Management’s headquarters is nearing completion at the northwest corner of Northshore Drive and Northshore Lane.
Construction underway on the west side of Northshore Lane is the new headquarters of Coulson Oil Co.
As Arkansas Business reported in April, Coulson Oil purchased the 3-acre site for $430,521 from Pfeifer Family Ltd. of Little Rock.
