A 1.02-acre lot at west Little Rock’s The Middle development was sold Dec. 31 2025 for $809,700.
The seller, The Middle of WLR LLC, was represented by Bill Pendergist, Kevin Huchingson and Isaac Smith of Colliers | Arkansas. The buyer was JES at the Middle LLC.
The site, Lot 6, was purchased for the development of a single-story medical building that will be occupied by Woodard & Sundell, an oral surgery and specialty dental practice offering a range of oral, maxillofacial, and periodontal services.
The Middle is being developed by Colliers at the intersection of Cantrell (Hwy. 10) and Rodney Parham Roads. Once complete, it will accommodate a mix of retail, medical, hospitality, and service users, reinforcing the area’s position as a growing commercial hub.
Construction on the new facility is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2026 with the goal of completing construction and opening for business later this year.
The medical building will join a hotel development within the project that is set to begin construction soon, further advancing the momentum of the site.
