1 min read

Commercial space encompassing 8,500 SF rang up a $1.3 million sale in Conway.

An Arkansas investment group dubbed Delta Cow LLC purchased the space at 1055 Steel Ave. in Hendrix Village.

The name of the limited liability company reflects the name of two occupants of the space: Delta Trust & Bank and Purple Cow.

The seller was Hendrix College.

Land for a Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market in Greenbrier was acquired in a $1.07 million deal.

Wal-Mart Real Estate Business Trust of Bentonville bought 9.25 acres, which included a house and pasture near the southwest corner of U.S. 65 and Green Valley Drive.

The seller is Greenbrier Farms LLC, led by Scott Ford and Allison Ford Crawford.

The property has ties to their grandparents, Arch and Ruby Ford — parents of Joe Ford of Alltel fame.
