Panda Express may soon have two new restaurants in northwest Arkansas.
CFT NV Developments of Rosemead, California, bought property in Springdale and Siloam Springs and plan to open Panda Express restaurants at each location.
CFT, which was represented by Alan Cole of Colliers International, spent slightly more than $1.4 million for the two properties.
The Springdale location should come as no surprise: right next to the new Walmart Supercenter on Elm Springs Road. CFT paid $838,815 for the 1.28-acre lot, which was owned by Hall Family Investments.
CFT spent $615,000 for the old Happy Bay Car Wash at 2775 Hwy. 412 in Siloam Springs. WLH LLC was the seller.
Panda Express has restaurants in Fayetteville, Bentonville and Rogers.
