Did you know midtown Little Rock’s Park Avenue Lofts is under contract to sell?
We’re told the 258-unit upscale apartment complex at 320 S. University Ave. will change hands in a $37 million transaction.
The buyer-to-be is an affiliate of Passco Cos. of Irvine, California.
The pending seller is ER Park Avenue Apartments LLC, an affiliate of Equity Resources LLC of Birmingham, Alabama.
The deal represents Passco’s first in Arkansas. The company owns or manages 53 commercial properties in 17 states.
