Party City, KFC Lead Off Recent Million-Dollar Deals

A store in west Little Rock, a fast-food eatery in downtown Little Rock and a home near the Country Club of Little Rock provide our grouping of recent seven-digit deals.

• Capview Income & Value Fund IV Ltd. of Dallas acquired the 8,100-SF Party City project at 11218 N. Rodney Parham Road for more than $2.8 million.

Seller: PC Partners LLC, led by Ted Mitchell.

• A 1,866-SF KFC at 500 W. Roosevelt Road was flipped in successive transactions.

JC123 Holdings LLC of Guadalupe, Arizona, bought the project for $1 million from Raheel Realty Inc. of Encino, California.

JC123 then sold it for $1.65 million to VRE Little Rock LLC of Southlake, Texas.

• John and Laura Landreaux purchased a 4,577-SF house for $1.17 million. Seller? The Dwight Hobbs Curry Trust.
