Pat Fitts
Pat Fitts has been promoted to assistant deputy director at the Arkansas Game & Fish Commission.
Fitts has been with the commission in Little Rock for 28 years. His previous position was colonel of the agency’s enforcement division.
Sam Ellis has been promoted to director of cybersecurity and controls at Southwest Power Pool in Little Rock. He previously was director of system operations at the company.
