PCA Technology Solutions recently announced its partnership with Invo Solutions LLC of Springfield, Missouri, a financial technology company that has launched new video banking software.
The partnership is a first for Invo Solutions, and PCA is the firm’s first American partner, according to a news release.
The video banking software allows banks to help customers with transactions such as opening a new account, answering IRA questions, securing a mortgage and more.
PCA said the partnership will enable it to work with more financial institutions and share its expertise in information technology and cybersecurity with a larger market.
The firms also said they aim to enhance customer service, drive efficiencies and provide a seamless customer experience through their partnership.
