Pediatrics Plus of Little Rock, a provider of comprehensive pediatric services in Arkansas, Texas and Oklahoma, announced Wednesday the acquisition of The Behavior Exchange, an applied behavior analysis provider with clinics in Frisco, Plano and Prosper, Texas.
At this time, The Behavior Exchange will keep its name while becoming part of Pediatrics Plus. Patients can expect continuity of care as Behavior Exchange team members and leadership will remain in place and services will continue without interruption.
Over time, the company will increase services at The Behavior Exchange, implementing occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language therapy and applied behavior analysis into one setting.
Tammy Cline-Soza, founder and CEO of The Behavior Exchange, will now serve as chief strategy officer of Pediatrics Plus. Adam Cline, the vice president of clinical operations at The Behavior Exchange, will also remain in a leadership role as senior vice president of Texas with Pediatrics Plus.
The acquisition marks a milestone in Pediatrics Plus’ broader vision to grow access and bring more resources to families.
“At Pediatrics Plus, everything we do is centered on empowering children to conquer their world,” Scott Street, CEO of Pediatrics Plus, said in the release. “The Behavior Exchange shares that same heart for children and families. By welcoming their team into ours, we will give team members more support, expand therapy services for north Texas children and, most importantly, continue the care families count on every day.”
