Philip Elmore Joins Quattlebaum Grooms & Tull in Springdale (Movers & Shakers)

Philip A. Elmore has joined the Springdale office of Quattlebaum Grooms & Tull law firm, where he will focus his practice on litigation. Newly licensed in 2015, Elmore received his law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law at Fayetteville after earning a bachelor’s degree in history and political science at Arkansas Tech University at Russellville in 2012.

Ann Dee McClane has been named director of marketing and client relations for the Spicer Rudstrom PLLC law firm, which has an office in Little Rock. She will be based in the firm’s Nashville, Tennessee, office.
