► King George Apartments LLC of Savannah, Georgia, bought the 216-unit Pinnacle Park At Chenal Valley apartment complex at 16401 Chenal Valley Drive in west Little Rock for $33.5 million.

Sellers: Chenal Valley-Foxwood LLC and Chenal Valley-Orchard LLC, affiliates of B&M Management Co. of Montgomery, Alabama.

► Investors in a bundle of mortgage-backed securities took ownership of the 119-room Hampton Inn & Suites at 320 River Market Ave. in downtown Little Rock at a foreclosure sale that topped $13.5 million.

RSS Comm 2013-LC13-AR MLRH LLC recovered the hotel from MHG of Little Rock LLC, an affiliate of McKibbon Hotel Group of Tampa, Florida.

► Arihantaa REIT LLC, led by Arun Chawla, acquired the 92-room Towne-place Suites By Marriott at 12 Crossings Court in west Little Rock for $5.9 million.

Seller? LVP TPS Little Rock LLC, an affiliate of Lightstone Group of Lakewood, New Jersey.

► Karen Flake and the Flake Family Trust sold a 12,000-SF commercial project at 6015 Chenonceau Blvd. in west Little Rock for $4.5 million.

Buyer: Chenal Corners Development LLC, led by Raouf Kassisseh.
