► 110 East Pershing Blvd LLC, led by Jaykumar Patel, bought its namesake address in North Little Rock for $3.5 million.
The 53-room Comfort Inn & Suites was sold by Shree Mahalaxmi Corp., led by Kishor Patel.
► Tulip Farms Inc., led by Jimmy Winemiller, sold a nearly 96-acre tract in North Little Rock on the north side of U.S. 70 about a mile east of Valentine Road to Ramar Land Corp. of Wilmington, Ohio, for $2.9 million.
► PRD at Sherwood LLC, an affiliate of Victory Real Estate Group in Dallas, purchased a 15,625-SF office-warehouse at 5980 Wadley Road in Sherwood for nearly $2 million. Seller: Crain Investments Ltd., led by Larry Crain Jr.
