Cole Plafcan has been hired as senior vice president, director of agricultural lending, at Simmons Bank of Pine Bluff. In this role, Plafcan is charged with expanding Simmons Bank’s agricultural business across its six-state footprint.
Simmons Bank has also announced the following promotions: Daniel Robinson, east Arkansas division president, and Reggie Rose, west Arkansas division president. Robinson previously served as regional community president with responsibility for south-central Arkansas. Rose most recently served as regional community president for north-central Arkansas.
Relyance Bank in Pine Bluff has announced the following hires: Ramy Zimmerebner, vice president, commercial lender, and John Whisnant, vice president, commercial lender.
Jon Patrom has been promoted to vice president of marketing at First Service Bank of Greenbrier. Patrom has served as retail sales officer and marketing director at First Service Bank.
Chance Weaver has been hired as mortgage adviser in the Van Buren office of United Federal Credit Union of St. Joseph, Michigan.
He previously served as consumer banking manager, vice president, at Regions Bank of Birmingham, Alabama.
