Plain Jane’s, the restaurant planned for the former Cañon Grill space at 2811 Kavanaugh Blvd. in Little Rock, is no longer headed for that location.
Helen Grace King and her sister, Leila King, and sister-in-law, Kamiya King, were behind Plain Jane’s. The Kings own Little Rock’s @ the Corner and Flora Jean’s restaurants.
“We are no longer opening a restaurant at that location. We are not at liberty to further discuss,” restaurant representatives said. We’re unsure whether that means Plain Jane’s is still planned but for another location. Helen Grace King did not respond to a message seeking more information.
