Mirawall Leasing LLC, led by Walid and Marwa Ismael, bought the eateries at 716 E. Broadway and 12201 Maumelle Blvd. in North Little Rock, 200 E. Kiehl Ave. in Sherwood, 11501 W. Markham St. in west Little Rock and the office-warehouse at 1031 Lantrip Road in Sherwood.
The seller is Sweet P Investors Inc., led by Donald Gililland. The deal is backed with a 20-year loan of $7.7 million from Bank of England.
Sweet P purchased the 0.48-acre restaurant site in Sherwood for $150,000 in April 1996 from Derol and Jessie May.
The former Andy’s project in west Little Rock was acquired for $550,000 in September 1996 from Andy’s Restaurant Inc., led by Garland Streett.
Sweet P bought the 0.81-acre office-warehouse development for $562,000 in September 2014 from Lantrip Business Park LLC, led by Todd, Kurt and Russell Luth.
The 1.19-acre restaurant site near the northwest corner of Maumelle Boulevard and Paul Eells Drive was purchased in November 2017 as part of a $550,000 deal with WNLR Investments LLC, led by Andy Collins.
Sweet P acquired the 0.54-acre development at 716 E. Broadway for $1 million in February 2020 from POP Partners, led by Bruce Thalheimer and added a 0.44-acre parcel adjoining the south side of the eatery for $250,000 from Larry and Linda Godwin.
Commercial Corner
A 2.47-acre commercial site in west Little Rock tipped the scales at $2.86 million.
Rahling Chenal LLC, led by Christian Hester, purchased the parcel at the northwest corner of Rahling Road and Chenal Valley Drive. The seller is Chenal Property Investors V LLC, led by Leonard Boen.
The deal is financed with a one-year loan of $2.2 million from First Horizon Bank of Memphis.
Chenal Property Investors bought the land in September 2022 as part of a $4.4 million deal with PotlatchDeltic Real Estate LLC.
C-Store Sale
A 2,230-SF convenience store in Jacksonville rang up a $940,000 transaction.
Jacksonville Property LLC, led by Faysel Ahmed and Summya Islam, acquired the Valero project at 120 Marshall Road. The seller is CRH II LLC of Charlotte, North Carolina.
The deal is funded with a three-year loan of $707,556 from First Community Bank of Batesville.
CRH purchased the 0.65-acre development for a reported $2.3 million in March 2023 from Standard Development Co. LLC, led by Blake Smith.
Orle Manor
A 5,542-SF home in west Little Rock’s Orle neighborhood weighed in at $1.3 million.
Christopher and Karen Van Steenberg bought the house from the Fehlman Family Revocable Trust, led by Robert and Debra Fehlman.
The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $900,000 from New York’s Goldman Sachs Bank USA.
The Fehlmans acquired the residence for $935,000 in January 2018 from Graham and Danea Smith.
Ensbury Place
A 3,962-SF home in west Little Rock’s Ensbury Place neighborhood sold for $880,000.
Zacharey and Katherine Durham purchased the house from the Renno Living Trust, led by Markus and Hannah Renno.
The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $704,000 from Sage Home Loans Corp. of Fort Mill, South Carolina. The Rennos bought the residence for $606,400 in September 2018 from Willmark Homes LLC, led by Mark Caruthers.

A 3,858-SF home in west Little Rock’s Falstone Court neighborhood changed hands in an $835,000 deal. Charles Brown Jr. acquired the house from Frank and Alix Michel.
The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $750,000 from Little Rock’s Eagle Bank & Trust.
The Michels purchased the residence for $750,000 in January 2022 from Karen James Custom Built Homes Inc.
Cammack Woods
A 3,155-SF home in Cammack Village drew a $799,000 transaction.
Taylor Ghahremani and Chance Scamardo bought the house in the Cammack Woods neighborhood.
The sellers are Samuel and Bridget Ford.
The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $812,015 from Arvest Bank of Fayetteville.
The Fords acquired the residence for $787,000 in August 2023 from RQM LLC, led by Russell and Quenna Milam.
