The Lyon Building at 401 W. Capitol Ave. in Little Rock
Logistics services company Priority1 Inc. signed a lease this week for the 20,618-SF sixth floor of the Lyon Building at 401 W. Capitol Ave. in downtown Little Rock.
Todd Rice and Brandon Rogers of Colliers Arkansas represented the ownership group, and Ted Dickey of Colliers represented the tenant in the transaction.
Rice said in a news release that the company will use the space to house its new home office.
