Kuhn Construction Co. of Little Rock, led by Todd Kuhn, purchased 47.24 acres on Hood Road in west Pulaski County for $800,000.
The sellers were Gene and Dana Lee Washburn of South Padre Island, Texas.
Warehouse Sold
Kra Properties LLC of LIttle Rock, led by Kyle Allmendinger, sold the 15,000-SF Arkansas Janitorial Supply warehouse at 8716 Interstate 30 in Little Rock for $520,000.
The buyer was Gridley Holdings LLC of Little Rock, led by Bradley Gridley.
Office Bought
Centennial Bank of Little Rock purchased the Dixie Cafe office and parking lot on 0.34 acres at 1215 Rebsamen Park Road in Little Rock for $475,000.
The seller was RG Joint Ventures LLC of Little Rock, led by CEO Allan Roberts.
Roberts also sold the 7,119-SF former Dixie Cafe, at the same address, to Centennial Bank in July for $1.3 million.
Office-warehouse Sold
Jerry and Mary Ann Hodge of North Little Rock sold the 6,300-SF Signs First office-warehouse at 1601 N. Cypress St. in North Little Rock for $315,000.
The buyer was 1601NC LLC of North Little Rock, led by Michael McClellan and William Harrison Sr.
