A 150-room hotel in North Little Rock weighed in at $3.05 million.

Titan General Contractors LLC, led by Abigail Reaves and Debra Hope, purchased the Regal Inn at 2508 Hwy. 161. The seller is Jalaram Protho LLC, led by Hemins Patel.

The deal is financed with a six-year loan of $4.4 million from Central Bank of Little Rock.

Jalaram Protho bought the 2.79-acre development for nearly $2 million in October 2022 from Jhankhana Inc., led by Kailashben Patel.

Recycled Industrial

Five industrial properties in Little Rock tipped the scales at $1.43 million.

Mountain View’s Stone Bank sold the projects to a trio of limited liability companies in Bergenfield, New Jersey.

The buyers were Elm Street Industrial Property I LLC, a 30,360-SF office-warehouse at 3100 S. Elm St., a 39,488-SF office-warehouse complex at 3015 Lewis St. and a 4,800-SF warehouse at 3013 Lewis St.; Elm Street Industrial Property II LLC, a 27,952-SF office-warehouse at 3009 S. Elm St. and Elm Street Industrial Property III LLC, a 33,660-SF office-warehouse at 3201 S. Elm St.

The deal is backed with a 20-year loan of $934,000 from Stone Bank.

The bank recovered the properties from 3200 Myers Street Partners LLC, an affiliate of RPP Products of Bloomington, California, as part of a nearly $1.3 million foreclosure sale in October 2023.

Super Sale

A 1,484-SF convenience store in downtown Little Rock is under new ownership after an $800,000 deal.

Shana Investments LLC, led by Sulaiman Huda and Rahim Juma, acquired the Shell Superstop at 721 E. Ninth St. The seller is Coulson Oil Co., led by John Harris.

The deal is funded with a four-year loan of $518,500 from Little Rock’s Bank OZK.

Coulson Oil purchased the 0.48-acre development for $525,000 in January from Gladden Investments LLC, led by Gay Gladden Pappin.

Goal Post Buy

A 3,456-SF bar and adjoining land in Jacksonville sold in tandem $365,500 transactions.

Wendrew Farms LLC, led by Wendy Wilkison, bought the Goal Post at 7607 John Harden Drive from Jaymac Commercial Properties LLC, led by Jay McCarty, and an adjoining 3.33-acre parcel from McCarty and Marie Mifflin.

Jaymac Commercial provided a three-year loan of $535,000 to finance the deal.

The limited liability company purchased the 1-acre bar development for $330,000 in April 2012 from R&G Property Management Inc., led by Richard Beard.

McCarty acquired the neighboring land for $250,000 in September 2017 from Boyd Parkway LLC, led by Stephen Whitwell.

Circular Sale

A 1.65-acre commercial site in west Little Rock changed hands in a $450,000 deal.

West 68th Street LLC, an affiliate of Conway’s Nabholz Construction Corp., purchased the land at the southwest corner of Aldersgate Road at 18th Street. The seller is Kids Play Properties LLC, led by Todd Denton.

Kids Play bought the property for $230,000 in August 2012 from Nabholz.

Riverfront Land

A 1.39-acre parcel on the Arkansas River in downtown North Little Rock drew a $175,000 transaction.

Rose City Landing LLC, led by Todd and Jody Eaton and Jennifer Stover, acquired the land at 2608 Gribble St. from James Denton Jr. and his wife, Jennifer.

The deal is backed with a five-year loan of $175,000 from Central Bank.

The Dentons purchased the property for $56,000 in September 2017 from Jannine Liter.

Falstone Court

A 3,597-SF home in west Little Rock’s Falstone Court neighborhood weighed in at $1.08 million.

Akbar Perani and Nafisha Kotadia bought the house from Randy Wright Builders LLC. The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $766,550 from FirstTrust Home Loans Inc. of Sheridan.

Randy Wright Builders acquired the 0.42-acre location for $71,000 in January 2022 from PotlatchDeltic Real Estate LLC.

Heights House

A 2,807-SF home in the Heights area of Little Rock rang up a $905,000 sale.

Brian and Jacquelyn Harrison purchased the house from David Snowden III. The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $655,000 from Regions Bank of Birmingham, Alabama.

Snowden bought the residence for $710,000 in June 2016 from Daniel and Stephanie Brown.

Walton Heights

A 4,492-SF home in west Little Rock’s Walton Heights neighborhood is under new ownership after an $850,000 deal.

Huma Sheikh and Adil Imran acquired the house from the Jay & Lisa Gandy Living Trust.

The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $500,000 from Encore Bank of Little Rock.

The Gandys purchased the residence for $551,000 in June 2002 from Phyllis and Bob Widding.

Broadview Terrace

A 4,210-SF home in Little Rock’s Broadview Terrace neighborhood sold for $710,000.

Chandler and Michael Bailey bought the house from Evan and Erin Newbolt. The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $532,500 from Encore Bank.

The Newbolts acquired the residence for $730,000 in June 2023 from Byron and Allison Wilkes.

Plantation Estates

A 4,305-SF home in east Pulaski County’s Plantation Estates neighborhood changed hands in a $635,000 deal.

Ralph Galvond and his wife, Elizabeth, purchased the residence from the estate of Jean Madden Wilder.

The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $571,500 from Cornerstone Capital Bank of Roscoe, Texas.

The 5.04-acre site was bought for $30,000 in February 2004 from Plantation Estate Development Co., led by Byron McKimmey.

Iron Horse Buy

The Chad Baker & Kelly Baker Living Trust paid $1.9 million for a 7,415-SF residence in west Pulaski County’s Iron Horse Estates neighborhood.

The 12.33-acre spread was sold by the Patrick M. Hatfield & Deanna L. Hatfield Revocable Trust, which acquired the property for $1.4 million in October 2006 from Freedom Oaks II LLC, led by Harold Tenenbaum.
