LaTasha McNeely Randle has been promoted to manager of the Relyance Bank branch on Olive Street in Pine Bluff, and Jennifer Milroy has been promoted to manager of the Village Square branch in Hot Springs Village. Bryan Castleberry has been promoted to assistant vice president of information technology.
Randle joined Reylance in 2015 as an assistant branch manager.
Milroy has eight years of banking experience.
Castleberry, a graduate of Arkansas State University, has been certified as a community bank technology officer by the Independent Community Bankers of America.
