Nina Castaldi, Sandy Ross, Nikki Pfleger and LaTonja Hill are members of Relyance Bank of Pine Bluff’s new Little Rock team. Castaldi, with 10 years of experience in financial services, is the new vice president of Little Rock retail operations, and Ross, with 28 years of experience, is assistant vice president of retail operations. Pfleger, who has eight years of banking experience, is manager of Relyance’s new branch on Financial Centre Parkway in west Little Rock. Hill, a customer service representative, has 23 years of banking experience.
Bill Puddephatt has been hired as Little Rock market president and loan officer for First Service Bank of Greenbrier, and Kristie Juiliano has been named loan administration manager.
Aneesah Dawan has been promoted to mortgage lender at Arvest Bank in Little Rock. She was previously a customer relations specialist.
Shawn Dunham has been promoted to commissioned senior examiner at the Arkansas State Bank Department, and Donna Dodge and Daniel Sims have been promoted to bank assistant examiners.

Dr. Stephen Sorsby has been promoted from medical director to vice president of medical affairs at QualChoice of Little Rock. Sorsby, with more than 25 years of experience in family practice, occupational medicine and health care administration, joined QualChoice more than three years ago. He earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and a master’s in health care administration from the University of Washington. He previously served as regional medical director for U.S. Healthworks in Washington.

Dee Hickman has joined The Property Group of Little Rock as a sales associate. She has more than 15 years of experience in marketing, customer service and design.
Health Care
Sarah Brooks, a physical therapist who recently received a doctorate from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, has joined the Women’s Center at Sparks in Fort Smith. She will specialize in women’s health physical therapy.
Dr. Randy Staley has been named chief medical officer of Ozark Guidance, a community mental health center based in Springdale. A native Arkansan, Staley earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas School for Medical Sciences in Little Rock and completed a five-year residency in general psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry and pediatrics at the University of Kentucky in Lexington. He joined Ozark Guidance in 2010.
Nonprofits
Peyton Bishop and Nick Copas have been elected to the board of directors of the Centers for Youth & Families Foundation in Little Rock.
Peggy Kelly has been hired as clinical director at Youth Home Inc. of Little Rock. Kelly was previously director of clinical service at Jewish Family & Career Services of Atlanta.
