Restaurant Brokerage Franchise Expands to Northwest Arkansas

2 min read

We Sell Restaurants, a restaurant brokerage company with a technology focus, has expanded to northwest Arkansas with a new franchise.

According to a press release, the company, based in Palm Coast, Florida, aims to “deliver efficient results” for restaurant buyers and sellers, as well as the restaurant franchise network as a whole.

It utilizes technology to help restaurant owners plan exit strategies, aid investors in expanding to new locations and assist first-time owners who are opening or buying a location.

Ty Bushart and Jason Foley are leading the northwest Arkansas franchise of We Sell Restaurants, specifically serving Rogers, Bentonville, Springdale, Fayetteville, Fort Smith and other surrounding areas.

Bushart is a real estate agent who builds and operates franchises across multiple states and brands. Foley is a multi-unit franchisee in the restaurant, wellness and beauty sectors.

Technology tools the company offers include:

  • Three-dimensional tours that allow buyers to virtually explore restaurant listings
  • Implementation of third-party login capabilities, including Facebook, Instagram and Google, to streamline user access and improve the customer journey
  • Creation of personalized listing videos featuring the story behind why owners are selling
  • Utilization of AI for script generation, video editing and avatar-driven storytelling to create listing videos

“Our commitment to leveraging technology to benefit both the franchisee and customer experience has been incredibly successful, and we’ll continue to focus on smart, scalable solutions,” Robin Gagnon, co-founder and CEO of We Sell Restaurants, said in the press release.

The Arkansas market launch represents one of six new franchise agreements awarded this year by We Sell Restaurants. The other new locations include Denver; Jacksonville, Florida; Aurora, Colorado; Frisco, Texas; and Columbia, South Carolina.

According to We Sell Restaurants 2023 franchise disclosure documents, franchisees earned $273,251 in gross commission income, and more than 40% of franchisees brokered more than $1 million in sales, though the press release stated that “there is no assurance that any franchisee will perform as well.”
