Reynolds Metals Mining Land Sold for $10.3M

Mining land near Bauxite, an office building in west Little Rock and undeveloped residential land in Saline County form this week’s trifecta of big real estate transactions.

► Little Rock’s McGeorge Contracting Co. bought 990 acres from Reynolds Metals Co. LLC of Richmond, Virginia, for $10.3 million. About half the property is a single tract less than 2 miles southeast of Bauxite.

► Little Rock AR I SGF LLC, an affiliate of Cleveland’s Boyd Watterson Asset Management, bought the 33,601-SF Kids First Building at 333 Executive Court for $5.3 million.

Seller: Elman Little Rock Associates LLC, an affiliate of New York’s Elman Investors.

► Sioux Trail Inc., led by Brad Fryar, sold about 1,233 acres about 3 miles east of Bauxite for more than $2.5 million.

Buyer: Parkway Trails LLC, led by Rick Ferguson.
