River Market, 300 Third Towers Now Under New Management

Did you know two high-rise residential condo projects in downtown Little Rock are under new local management?

Last month, Flake & Kelley Commercial took over property manager duties at the 132-unit River Market Tower at 315 Rock St.

With little fanfare, the firm did the same at the 100-unit 300 Third project back in December.

The projects were developed and managed by Moses Tucker Real Estate, now known as Moses Tucker Partners after the January merger with Newmark Grubb Arkansas.
