► KLS Leasing II LLC, an affiliate of the Walton Family Foundation, purchased a 24.9-acre church property 10710 Interstate 30 in southwest Little Rock for $2.9 million to develop the Arkansas Military & First Responders Academy.
The 60,000-SF church was sold by Temple Missionary Baptist Church of Little Rock.
► Rector Phillips Morse Inc., led by Kris Upton, sold a 4,018-SF home in the Hallen Court neighborhood of west Little Rock for nearly $1.3 million.
Buyer: Upton Family Trust, led by Kris and Karen Upton.
► Darryl Lorenzo Webb Sr. and his wife, Kim, bought a 4,715-SF home in west Little Rock’s Hallen Court neighborhood from Graham Smith Construction LLC for more than $1.2 million.
► Idlewild Corp., led by Brandon Barker, sold a 173-acre tract south of Kanis Road on the western edge of the Ferndale Community in west Pulaski County for $1.1 million.
