Word has reached us on who will fill space in the soon-to-be former Rock Town Distillery quarters at 1216 E. Sixth St. in Little Rock.
We understand that Rock Dental Brands will occupy part of the space. Rounding out the new commercial residents will be a coffee shop-roastery.
Will that enterprise be Zetêo Coffee, which currently operates from the same 610 President Clinton Ave. address as Rock Dental?
For now, unknown officially.
The folks at Zetêo couldn’t be reached for cordial, inquisitive coffee conversation.
You might recall that Count Porkula BBQ is setting up shop next door to the Rock Town Distillery space set to be vacated at the end of the month.
Count Porkula will be serving up its sumptuous wares in the adjoining 1212 E. Sixth St. building (aka The Bike Shop, former workshop of Ron King’s Recycle Bikes for Kids).
The balance of the property is earmarked for redevelopment as The Rail Yard, envisioned as a food and libation destination featuring a craft beer garden and outdoor dining.
On tap to bring the eats and drinks will be a revolving lineup of food trucks.
