This week, a trio of million-dollar transactions is trooping onto the scene.

► Monache Meadows AG of California bought the 14,828-SF Walgreens at 9200 N. Rodney Parham Road in west Little Rock from Queensgate Associates Ltd. of Maryland for nearly $7.7 million.

► Roach Limited Partnership No. 1, led by Gary Roach Sr., sold the 27,812-SF Macon Professional Market at 1500 Macon Drive in west Little Rock for more than $3.2 million. Buyer: Momi Holdings LLC, led by Avtar and Supreet Momi.

► Dashmesh Express Inc., led by Surinder Kaur, purchased a pair of 10,000-SF strip centers in southwest Little Rock at 8414 and 7212 Geyer Springs Road for $1.2 million. Seller? Golden Group Inc., led by Jim Im.
