David S. Mitchell Jr. and Karen “Betsy” Turner have become members of the Rose Law Firm in Little Rock, and Cynthia Blankenship and Jim Fowler have joined the firm as of counsel attorneys. Jacob White has been hired as an associate attorney.
Mitchell, a native of Little Rock, is a 2010 graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law. He formerly practiced at Bass Berry & Sims in Memphis. Turner also graduated from the UA School of Law in 2010.
Blankenship is a registered federal lobbyist who formerly worked as counsel and senior adviser in the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives. Fowler, who originally joined Rose in 1978, has rejoined the firm’s public finance and governmental law practice after the sale of the broker-dealer where he was part owner.
White is a 2015 graduate of Harvard Law School, where he was co-editor of the Harvard Journal on Legislation.
