Megan Tollett
Impact Management Group of Little Rock said Wednesday that Megan Tollett had joined the firm as director of operations and compliance.
Before joining IMG, Tollett was executive director of the Republican Party of Arkansas, managing day-to-day operations of the state party and its campaigns.
“It was an honor to lead the Republican Party of Arkansas in one of our most successful election cycles in modern history. I am now ready to take my skills to a company that is loaded with talent,” Tollett said in a news release. “I want to help grow Impact Management Group’s presence in Arkansas and across the South.”
During the 2014 cycle, Tollett led the party’s campaign efforts that resulted in winning 94 out of 102 state and federal races. She was also responsible for the 2014 campaign cycle’s $4 million budget, managing statewide staff, coordinating the party’s multimillion-piece mail program and ensuring those efforts met FEC and state compliance laws.
