Sage Partners of Fayetteville, the real estate arm of Hunt Ventures LLC, and Capital Properties in Little Rock are getting ready to merge this week.
Sage Partners will be the name and, by our count, will manage nearly 3 million SF, which could push it into the top five commercial property management firms in the state. The combination will employ about 50.
