A 641,698-SF industrial facility in Conway sold for $15.75 million in a sale-leaseback deal, Colliers Arkansas announced Monday.
The buyer of the property at 600 Dave Ward Dr. was DW WH Conway LLC, an investment group led by Andrew Wiechern and Colliers President Isaac Smith.
The seller was DBG Arkansas LLC, which was represented by Hank Kelley, Daryl Peeples and Gary Smith of Kelley Commercial Partners.
The facility is home to Canadian manufacturer De Biasi Group, a manufacturer of custom metal products for the heavy truck, automotive, agriculture and commercial industries. The company will lease 477,198 SF of the facility, Colliers said in a news release.
Smurfit Westrock, a global packaging company with locations in more than 40 countries, will lease the remaining 214,500 SF, according to the release.
