Eat-1412 LLC of Louisville, Colorado, bought the 484,932-SF former Champs Sporting Goods/Scholastic Distribution facility at 1 Champs Blvd.
The seller is Mohr Maumelle LLC of Dallas. The deal weighed in at $11.2 million.
South of the Arkansas River, ownership of a 30,400-SF data center shifted in a sale-leaseback transaction valued at $8.6 million.
Windstream Hosted Solutions LLC of Little Rock transferred the project to its pension plan. The recipient bears the property address: 15707 Chenal Parkway LLC, led by Andrew Irving.
