• Arkansas Self Storage Fund III LLLP, led by Graham Smith, bought Museum Road Self Storage, 620 units at 1325 E. Museum Road; and Hwy. 365 Self Storage, 262 units at 1565 Hwy. 365S for $3.7 million.

• State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. of Bloomington, Illinois, sold its 13,686-SF facility at 4600 E. McCain Blvd. in North Little Rock for more than $1.6 million.
Buyer: Faulkner Lake 391 LLC, led by Tom Salmon.
• Chandler and Ginger Johnson purchased a 15.68-acre parcel adjoining the south side of 365 Fitness at 404 S. Harkrider St. for $1.7 million.
Seller: Dale and Cheryl Bruns.
• McFadin Global Inc., led by Sam McFadin, acquired the 5,120-SF Red Barn Antiques project for $1 million.
The 2.97-acre development at 554 S. Museum Road was sold by River Town Bank of Dardanelle.
