The seller is STP Westlake Ltd., an affiliate of Silver Tree Partners in Dallas.
STP Westlake bought the 4.74-acre development in May 2017 as part of the $45.1 million acquisition of the Westlake Corporate Park. The seller was ISB Investors LLC, led by Jim Irwin.

Country Boys Loaded Farms Ltd., led by James Evans and Nelson Carden, bought the swath of land spread between Col. Maynard Road and Horseshoe Lake.
The seller is East Pulaski Investment LLC, successor to Wilcox Investment.The limited liability company was originally led by George Wilcox.
The deal is financed with a one-year loan of $2.7 million from First Community Bank of Batesville.

BlackHat Quarters LLC, led by Adam Smith, acquired Trapnall Place Apartments at 414-418 E. Sixth St. from Mark Brown and Jill Judy.
The deal is funded with a 20-year loan of $1.4 million from First National Bank of Paragould.
Brown and Judy bought the 0.35-acre development for $760,000 in March 2012 from Trapnall Place LLC, led by Jennifer Skowronski.

A 39-room motel in southwest Little Rock is under new ownership after a $900,000 foreclosure sale.
BGK2 Hospitality LLC, led by Bharat Patel, purchased Galaxy Inn & Suites at 8219 Interstate 30.
The courthouse auction followed BankUnited of Miami Lakes, Florida, landing a judgment of $1.4 million in January against BRIJ Hospitality LLC, led by Brijen Patel.
The limited liability company acquired the 1.48-acre development for $1.8 million in April 2017 from Windsor Hospitality LLC, led by Bhavin, Jiger and Jagdish Patel.
Auto Land Sale
A 1.59-acre commercial site in Sherwood sold for $635,000.
Nasrah Capital Investment Inc., led by Hani Abunasrah, bought the parcel on Newman Drive.
The seller is MAG-AR 4400 Landers Road LLC, an affiliate of Little Rock’s McLarty Auto Group.
The deal is backed with a $418,000 loan from Centennial Bank of Conway.
The land was purchased for $141,000 in July 2000 from an investment group composed of James Dietz, Hershel Bowman and Douglas W.
