The five-story Shannon Building on the Westlake Corporate Park campus in Little Rock recently sold for $9.5 million.
Hamilton & Newman Westlake LLC acquired the 73,340-SF building 10801 Executive Center Drive. The buyer was represented in the deal by Ted Dickey of Lighthouse Asset Advisors.
The seller was STP Westlake LLC, represented by Clark Irwin and Greg Joslin of Colliers Arkansas.
Colliers will continue to provide management services for the facility, the company said in a news release.
STP Westlake LLC acquired the Shannon Building in May 2017 as part of the $45.1 million deal acquisition of the Westlake Corporate Park with ISB Investors LLC, led by Jim Irwin.
