Shauna Carpenter
Shauna Carpenter, formerly the communications manager for MedEvolve in Little Rock, has been hired by the Arkansas State Employees Association to serve as its communications director.
Carpenter will be responsible for managing the association’s social media accounts, websites, press releases and newsletters, along with interviewing and communicating with state legislators about the needs of state employees.
