A Texas developer plans to build a 12,000-SF shopping center across from the Walmart Neighborhood Market on I Street in Bentonville.
Cabe Ranch Leasing LLC, led by Keith Naples of Texarkana, paid $850,000 for 1.93 acres at the southeast corner of Regional Airport Boulevard and Eden Brooke Street. Bella Terra LLC of Fayetteville, led by John Russell Meeks and John Ed Chambers III, was the seller.
Jordan Jeter and Mac Tatman of Flake & Kelley Commercial Northwest brokered the sale and will handle the leasing for the center. Groundbreaking has not been scheduled
