Simmons Branch in West Little Rock Sells for $1.25M

1 min read

A former Simmons Bank branch in west Little Rock has been sold for $1.25 million.

The buyer of the property at 23816 Chenal Parkway was Foxden Capital LLC, led by Todd and Amanda Denton. Plans for the 3,500-SF building have not been revealed.

Kelley Commercial Partners, which represented the seller, announced the deal in a news release Monday.

Property records show that Walmart, which has a store abutting the branch, sold the 1.41-acre location to Metropolitan Bank for $1.1 million in 2004. Simmons acquired Metropolitan in 2013.
