Former North Little Rock and Hot Springs resident Jeff Rand is now a resident of the Federal Correctional Institution at Sheridan, Ore.
Rand was sentenced in August to 57 months in federal prison and ordered to pay $7.92 million in restitution to 138 victims of his oil and gas scam.
He had been living in Washington state while awaiting sentencing.
