WAJA Inc. owns the 13.46-acre spread the warehouse sits on in east Springdale.
Olivet International Inc. of Mira Loma, California, has leased a 130,000-SF warehouse in Springdale.
Olivet manufactures a variety of products such as apparel and luggage. The warehouse at 603 N. Monitor Road is owned by WAJA Inc. of Fort Smith.
Brian Shaw, Marshall Saviers and TJ Lefler of Sage Partners represented WAJA in the negotiations. Ed Belto of Newmark Grubb Arkansas in Bentonville represented Olivet.
Saviers said the agreement was reached about two weeks ago, but Olivet hasn’t announced its plans for the warehouse.
The warehouse was previously leased by Karcher North America, a cleaning supply company that moved to Fayetteville.
