A second Little Rock apartment deal between the same buyers and sellers recently closed.
Republic Spanish Jon Ltd., an affiliate of Republic Funds of Toronto, bought the 224-unit St. John’s apartment project at 5001 W. 65th St. for $6 million.
The seller was STJ Redevelopment LLC, an affiliate of Cross Equities of Addison, Texas.
This week, Arkansas Business reported that an affiliate of Cross Equities sold the 258-unit Westland Heights Apartments project at 418 Markham Mesa Drive for $11 million.
The buyer was Republic Spanish Rock Ltd., an affiliate of Republic Funds.
