LM Wind Power Blades Inc. was slapped with a hefty lien by the Arkansas Department of Workforce Services, which collects unemployment taxes.
The amount it said was delinquent?
$127,974.
The lien is against all property LM Wind owns.
A spokesman for LM Wind told us in an email: “LM Wind Power is fully compliant with financial regulations and taxation measures in place wherever the company does business. We are in dialogue with the payroll provider to clarify the matter.”
