Stone Bank's new branch at 900 S. Shackleford Road in Little Rock.
Stone Bank of Mountain View has finished renovating an 18,000-SF space in Little Rock for $1 million and opened its fourth retail banking location in Arkansas there.
The new branch is on the second floor of the seven-story Three Financial Centre building at 900 S. Shackleford Road and has a ground-level entrance.
The bank has occupied part of the floor since 2016 as a loan production office and executive management offices. The renovated space will eventually house 35 employees.
The new branch’s features include an Interactive Teller Machine in its north parking area; a 30-seat, classroom-style event center for employee training and customer seminars that will also be available to civic or community groups; a catering kitchen that is adjacent to the event center; a board of directors meeting room; an SBA Lending Center; and a call center to serve all of the bank’s markets supporting the live teller feature of the ITM and a centralized phone switchboard.
The architect for the project was Greg Steinbeck, and CDI was the general contractor. The building is managed by Flake & Kelley Commercial Real Estate.
