SWLR Equipment Property Sells for $5.5M

A quartet of million-dollar manors dominates this week’s offering of real estate transactions. But first up is an industrial property.

► H&E Equipment Services Inc. of Baton Rouge sold its 29,900-SF facility at 2801 W. 65th St. in south Little Rock for $5.5 million.

Buyer: Bramco Properties Inc. of Louisville, Kentucky.

► Curtis and Regina Howse purchased a 10,203-SF home in west Little Rock’s Chenal Circle neighborhood for $2.8 million. Seller? Blast 5 LLC, led by Larry Middleton.

► Bradford Square of Arkansas LLC, led by Mark Dake, sold a 2,095-SF Starbucks at 2815 Cantrell Road for $2 million.

Buyer? Gregg Ranch LLC of Morgan Hill, California.

► Antoine and Jessica Lucas bought a 7,382-SF home in west Little Rock’s Valley Falls Estates neighborhood from David Nagy for $1.7 million.

► Michael and Mary Cole sold a 4,515-SF home in the Falcon Ridge Estates neighborhood in the Ferndale area of west Pulaski County for $1.4 million.

Buyers: Joel Walker and Carmen McClennon.

► Michael and Catharine Alford acquired a 3,866-SF home in west Little Rock’s Hallen Court neighborhood for more than $1 million.

Seller: Jay and Mae Home LLC, led by Jay and Magen Stewart.
