Tempus Realty Partners of Little Rock announced the acquisition of three industrial sale-leasebacks in three states to complete a $50.9 million portfolio.
It’s the real estate investment partnership’s first acquisition of 2024.
The fully-leased properties are located in Charleston, South Carolina; Knoxville, Tennessee; and Lafayette, Indiana. The properties total 610,247 SF and 132.36 acres.
“Each of these properties supports critical operations for their respective tenants,” Dan Andrews, CEO of Tempus Realty Partners, said in a statement. “These sale leaseback acquisitions represent a win-win, delivering a business solution for our tenants and a compelling investment opportunity for our investors.”
